Tungsten - Copper / Tube

Description

Tungsten - Copper / Tube

Consisting of pure tungsten (W) suspended in copper (Cu), tungsten-copper alloys are readily machinable and known for good thermal and electrical conductivity, low thermal expansion, being non-magnetic, good performance under vacuum, and resistance to erosion from arcing. Tungsten-copper alloy also has exceptional mechanical properties, making it suitable for components where wear resistance is important. For example, its hardness can range from 20 to 40 HRC depending on the ratio of tungsten to copper used in the alloy. In addition to its hardness, its corrosion resistance also means that it can be used in components that come into contact with corrosive liquids or gases without risk of damage or corrosion over time.

Alfa Chemistry specializes in providing high tungsten-copper tubes on the market today. We can also customize various shapes of tungsten-copper alloy products according to your requirements or drawings.
