3D Printing AlMn5
Description
AlMn5 is an aluminum alloy that contain manganese (Mn) as the main alloy element. Adding manganese to aluminum alloys not only enhances tensile strength but also significantly improves low-cycle fatigue resistance. Corrosion resistance is also measurable improved by the addition of manganese. Our 3D printing AlMn5 is specifically developed for LPBF (laser powder bed fusion) process. As a gas atomized powder with good flow and spread ability, it is a medium to high strength aluminum alloy that can be aged directly after printing to achieve high strength and hardness.
