3D Printing OFHC-Cu
UNS C10200
Description
OFHC-Cu (oxygen-free high thermal conductivity copper) is a group of wrought high-conductivity copper alloys that have been electrolytically refined to reduce the level of oxygen to 0.05% or below. It has the properties of high ductility, high electrical and thermal conductivity, high impact strength, good creep resistance, ease of welding, and low volatility under high vacuum. Our 3D printing OFHC-Cu is a gas atomized powder with highest purity paired with low oxygen content. This alloy offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity satisfying even the most demanding application requirements. It is widely used in components for electrification, inductions coils and heat exchangers.
