Description

CuSn10 is a solid solution strengthened copper alloy (bronze) with 10% tin. The high tin content results in high strength and springiness at an adequate conductivity. And it has the properties of high wear-resistant, good corrosion resistance, and it can be readily soldered.  Our 3D printing CuSn10 is a gas atomized powder specifically designed for good printability with a minimum of printing defects paired. It is mainly used in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing, powder metallurgy, laser cladding, laser direct deposition, powder hot isostatic pressing, metal injection mold molding and other processes. Typical applications are aerospace, automotive, biomedical, electronic product welding, powder metallurgy parts and so on.
