Description

AlSi10Mg alloy is a typical aluminum-based alloy that offers good strength, hardness and dynamic properties, and is therefore used for parts subject to high mechanical loads. Different heat treatments can be applied to modify properties for example to increase ductility and conductivity. The material has good thermal and electrical conductivity especially after heat treatment. Our 3D printing AlSi10Mg is a gas atomized powder with good flowability and spread ability, formulated for laser powder bed process. It can be used in light weight structural components, manifolds, heat exchangers and others.
