Description
Ti6Al4V (Grade 5) is the most widely used titanium grade. It is a two-phase titanium alloy with aluminum as the alpha stabilizer and vanadium as the beta stabilizer. It combines the good mechanical strength and low density with excellent corrosion resistance in many media. Our 3D printing Ti6Al4V (Grade 5) is highly spherical powder for additive manufacturing. The powder is produced using a tungsten-free and crucible-free manufacturing process, which excludes the risk of heavy metal contamination in the material. Due to its excellent properties, it find many application in aerospace, motorsports as well as medical industries.
