3D Printing 316L

UNS S31603

Description

316L a general-purpose stainless-steel alloy with good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and many organic and inorganic chemicals. 316L can withstand the normal corrosion that people experience in everyday environments. It is a good choice to be used as a matrix in a metal matrix composite with nanoparticles dispersion for energy and high temperature applications. Our 3D printing 316L is a vacuum induction melted, argon gas atomized, and spherical powder for additive manufacturing. It is suitable for a variety of household and industrial applications such as food handling and processing equipment, screws, machinery parts and automotive parts.
