3D Printing Alloy 718

UNS N07718

Description

Alloy 718 is an austenitic nickel-based superalloy used for applications requiring high strength up to 760 ℃ and oxidation resistance up to 982 ℃. In addition, the alloy exhibits excellent tensile and impact strength even at low temperatures. Our alloy 718 is a vacuum induction melted, argon gas atomized, and spherical powder for additive manufacturing. Due to its excellent processability, it is the preferred choice for the aerospace, oil and gas industries and chemical processing, for example, liquid fuel and exhaust systems, cryogenic engineering, and high temperature engineering.
