Tungsten-Carbide plates are mainly made from WC and cobalt powder by powder metallurgy methods with many advantages such as excellent hardness, high hardness, good wear resistance, high modulus of elasticity, high compressive strength, and good chemical stability, low impact toughness, low coefficient of expansion, heat conduction.

Applications
Tungsten-Carbide plate is mainly used to make high-speed die and multi-station progressive die for punching copper, aluminum, stainless steel, cold-rolled sheet, EI sheet, SPCC, silicon steel sheet, hardware, standard parts, upper and lower punches, etc. It is also an excellent material for making high-temperature resistance parts, wear-resistant parts, anti-shielding parts, anti-radiation, and corrosion-resistant parts.
