Niobium - Zirconium / Tube

Description

Niobium - Zirconium / Tube

Niobium-Zirconium (Nb-Zr) alloy is an alloy composed of the base metal niobium with the alloying element zirconium and other alloying elements. Adding zirconium to niobium can improve the strength of the alloy without affecting the plasticity and machining properties of the alloy. Zirconium can also improve the oxidation resistance and alkali metal corrosion resistance of the alloy. Among various niobium-zirconium alloys, Nb99Zr1 is the most widely used one.

Alfa Chemistry supplies a wide range of niobium-zirconium tubes which are highly acclaimed due to its good cold processability, excellent chemical stability and high quality. We can also customize various shapes of niobium-zirconium alloy products according to your requirements or drawings.
