Tungsten-Carbide Ball

Description

Tungsten-Carbide Ball

Tungsten-Carbide ball is a powder metallurgy product sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace with high hardness refractory metal carbide (WC) micron powder as main component and cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binder. It has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, and bad service environment. Its wear resistance is tens to hundreds of times that of steel ball.

Alfa Chemistry specializes in providing high quality tungsten-carbide balls mainly including blank balls, fine grinding balls, punching balls, bearing balls, valve balls, non-magnetic balls, monel balls, through-hole balls, metering balls, scraping balls, and pen head balls. We can also customize various shapes of tungsten-carbide alloy products according to your requirements or drawings.

Applications

Because it has the advantages of high hardness, good wear resistance (service life is dozens of times of ordinary steel ball), good corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance (can be maintained at 1000 ℃), tungsten-carbide ball has a wide range of applications, such as in precision parts punching and stretching, precision bearings, instruments, pens, spraying machines, water pumps, mechanical accessories, sealing valves, brake pumps, punching and squeezing, oil fields, hydrochloric acid laboratory, hardness measuring instrument, fishing gear, counterweight, assembly, finishing and other high-end industries.
