Phosphor Bronze C52400

UNS C52400

Description

C52400
COPPER ALLOY

Phosphor Bronze C52400 consists of copper with about 10% of tin and 0.03–0.35% phosphorus. The presence of tin in the alloy contributes to the strength and corrosion resistance whereas phosphorus enhances the stiffness and resistance to wear. The phosphor bronze C52400 is notable for its excellent spring qualities, formability and solderability. And it find various applications in industries requiring good resiliency, fatigue resistance, good wear and corrosion resistance.
