3105
UNS A93105
Description
Aluminum alloy 3105 is an essentially 98% pure aluminum alloy with minor additions for strength, which is not hardenable by heat treatment. The alloy has following features: (1) Average machinability. However, its machinability can be increased in harder tempers condition. (2) Good forming characteristics. (3) Good weldability. It can be welded using arc welding method. (4) Good corrosion resistance. The material temper of aluminum 3105 is O, H12, H14, H16, H18, H19, H22, H24, H26, H28, H32, H34, H36 and H38.
