Description

1350
ALUMINUM ALLOY

Aluminum alloy 1350 has high aluminum with the minimum content of 99.5%. It also has small additions of silicon, iron, copper, manganese, and other elements. Due to the high aluminum content, 1350 is also known as having a high EC (electrical conductivity). And it and 1050 are both more electrically conductive than other 1000 series aluminum. Thus, aluminum alloy 1350 is primarily used in the manufacture of electrical conductors. In addition, the alloy is a non-heat treatable with the excellent formability and excellent corrosion resistance, even in extremely corrosive environments. Aluminum alloy 1350 is used in various applications but its main uses are electrical conductors ( such as pins, rods, and rivets).
