Alloy PK33
Description
Alloy PK33 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt precipitation hardenable alloy with solid-solution strengthened by the addition of molybdenum. And the addition of molybdenum makes the alloy with an exceptional combination of high temperature strength, creep-resistant and ductility. In addition, Alloy PK33 is extremely resistant to thermal shock and thermal fatigue and offers superb weldability, which is very attractive for combustion chambers, jet pipes and reheat systems of high performance gas turbine engines.
