Description
Alloy PE11 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with the additions of aluminium, titanium and molybdenum. Titanium and aluminum elements make the alloy precipitation hardened, while the molybdenum makes the alloy solid solution strengthened. It has high strength and can maintain high strength at elevated temperatures. It also provides resistant to sea water, in both flowing and stagnant condition and heat resistant. In addition, Alloy PE11 has good workability, relatively high tensile ductility, especially after welding due to the high iron content.

Applications
Alloy PE11 is mainly used in high temperature oxidizing applications, especially in cases where strength at temperature is a primary requirement, e.g. industrial furnace components or gas turbine hot sections.
