Alloy 75
UNS N06075
Description
Alloy 75 is an 80/20 nickel-chromium alloy with controlled addition of titanium and carbon. Titanium is added to increase the overall strength of the alloy. This alloy exhibits good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 1000 °C, and excellent resistance to oxidizing atmospheres at temperatures up to 1100 °C. And it is readily fabricated and welded. Alloy 75 is used for numerous fabricated components in both the aerospace and gas turbine industries.
